Habiquad™ modular structures are innovative building systems featuring Habiquad™ structurally insulated panels. There are two types of Habiquad™ panels – both consist of a super-insulating expanded polystyrene core that can be either finished or unfinished. 

Habiquad™ Modular Structures:

• can be built up to 3 stories high without structural steel.
• may be configured for single or multi-family housing or a variety of commercial or industrial uses.

• are guaranteed for 20 years against delamination or any other failure due to manufacturing defect*
